 
We went with members of the Darien Men’s Association for a hike on Salt Marsh Trail in Fairfield, Connecticut.
It was a beautiful morning, and the sea grass was really tall! It felt like we were in a wilderness – not in
the middle of a city.

We celebrated with the twenty new members who joined Noroton Presbyterian Church in Darien, Connecticut. There was a
wonderful breakfast, and afterwards, at the service in the sanctuary, they were prayed over.

PEP, which stands for People Encouraging People, had an early Thanksgiving Dinner with turkey and all the trimmings. It was
at Noroton Presbyterian Church for folks who are 55 and over. Many were well over 55 – including one who was 90 years young!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving Dinner in our home with Kenyan friends from West Haven. They brought their favorite festive
foods – mukimo, pilau and chapatis. We prepared the turkey, stuffing and gravy - and pumpkin and pecan pies.
